We're a busy GP Practice covering the Seacroft and surrounding area, providing care to over 8700 patients. Browse our site for more information, or contact Reception. We are happy to register new patients.

We aim to provide personal, high quality care. We offer a range of services, including telephone consultations, Online booking, travel vaccinations, Domestic Violence support and Midwifery services.

As you  are aware the Government has advised against non-essential contact in an attempt to fight the coronavirus outbreak.  We will be continuing to provide services as close to normal as possible but please bear with us during this difficult time.  We will NOT be closing the surgery unless we are advised to by Public Health. Please DO NOT turn up at the surgery without telephoning first as you may be turned away.  We will be carrying out most consultations over the phone or via video link where possible for the time being, and if a GP needs to see a patient to examine them, please be assured that they will be given an appointment.  All pre-booked routine nurse appointments will be contacted by telephone but annual reviews have been postponed for the next few weeks.   If you require repeat medication, please order the normal amount via online ordering, email or eReception.  We will not be issuing bulk medication as this will cause more strain on NHS supplies and is not necessary.  If you require more information please contact 111.

We appreciate at busy periods, it can be difficult to get through on the phone quickly or frustrating to be held in a queue. Look out for our new E-Reception Service to allow you to contact our receptionists online.

eReception is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week to enable patients to contact the practice. We would normally reply to you by text, e-mail, or telephone with a resolution to your enquiry. Weekend submissions will be dealt with on a Monday. Click here to access eReception.

Keep your information with us up-to-date

Increasingly we will be using mobile phones and email addresses to contact our patients to arrange chronic disease review and to communicate test results. We encourage patients to ensure that their contact details registered with us are up to date

Open Bloods clinics - currently suspended

We are now offering Open Blood clinics on a Wednesday and Friday Mornings from 8am to 11:30am.   If the Doctor has asked you to have a blood test then you can just turn up on the Wednesday or Friday morning, give your name to Reception and then sit and wait, you will be called in as quickly as possible.  This will avoid having to wait to find a suitable appointment slot during the week.  You can still book an appointment at other times if you can't attend the open clinics.

Accessible Information Standards

The accessible information standard aims to make sure that disabled people have access to information in a way they can understand and any communication support needs they may have.  This includes information in different formats, such as Large print, easy read, via email or letter.  In addition we can support people's communication needs by offering support from British Sign Language (BSL) interpreters, deafblind manual interpreters or an advocate.  Please let us know if you have any special communication needs so we can make sure we can meet your needs.
